Cindy Cash is a multi-talented author, actress, singer, songwriter, and producer—deeply rooted in American music history as the daughter of the legendary Johnny Cash. As an actress, Cindy appeared in numerous film and television productions throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Her roles included performances in The Cradle Will Fall (CBS TV movie with Lauren Hutton, James Farentino, and Ben Murphy), Murder in Coweta County (alongside Andy Griffith and Johnny Cash), and The Last Days of Frank and Jesse James, in which she appeared with both her father and Kris Kristofferson. She also portrayed Ella Mae, Bob Ford’s sporting lady, and participated in regional theater and commercial work, including an appearance for WZZT.
